CLAUSE 1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "rok777" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the company operating the Platform at rok777.cam, incorporated under the laws of its jurisdiction of registration and holding applicable international gaming licences.
• "Platform" means the rok777 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all digital services provided through the domain rok777.cam and any associated subdomains.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by You on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means the aggregate of funds deposited by You and any withdrawal-eligible winnings credited to Your Account.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive funds credited by rok777, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process mandated by rok777 prior to processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by rok777 for draw times, customer service hours, and timestamp references.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means countries or regions where access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law, including territories explicitly listed in Clause 3.

CLAUSE 2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, or making any deposit, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and any documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and rok777. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If You are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity or third party, You represent that You have authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and references to "You" shall include that entity.

CLAUSE 3 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with rok777, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which Your Account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rok777 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by any person under 21. Provision of false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under local law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or compulsory, that applies to this Platform or to online gaming generally.
5. Not a rok777 Employee: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of such person, of rok777 or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
6. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.

CLAUSE 4 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the Platform, You must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and curren t at all times.
• Select a unique username and strong password, and keep your login credentials strictly confidential.
• Notify rok777 immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

rok777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Account approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional verification steps.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. rok777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where You have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

CLAUSE 5 Identity Verification (KYC)

rok777 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or at any point rok777 deems necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — displaying your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming ownership by the registered Account holder.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible, unedited format. rok777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until compliance is achieved.

All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. rok777 does not share your personal identification data with third parties except where required by law or by our licensed payment processors.

CLAUSE 6 Deposits

rok777 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently supported deposit channels for Indonesian players include:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. rok777 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which rok777 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

CLAUSE 7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal being processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be credited to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the rok777 Account holder.
• Any active Bonus Balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• rok777 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 3 hours during normal operating conditions (WIB business hours). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national holidays, or when additional compliance review is required.

rok777 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal of any amount it deems unusually large, or where transaction patterns raise compliance concerns. rok777 may also apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit, which is communicated within the Account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where: the Account has not completed KYC; wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or a chargeback, payment dispute, or similar claim is pending.

CLAUSE 8 Bonuses & Promotions

rok777 offers a variety of promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, AFF Cup matches, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated clearly in the promotion description.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published within individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus carries an expiry period, after which uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining Bonus Balance will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: A maximum bet per spin or per wager applies while a Bonus Balance is active. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers apply to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through different Accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• rok777 Right to Modify: rok777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Bonuses are a supplement to your gaming experience and are not a guaranteed source of income. rok777 encourages all players to read promotion terms in full before opting in.

CLAUSE 9 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the rok777 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own individual rules published within the game interface.

General gameplay conditions applicable across the Platform include:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. rok777 does not accept requests to void or reverse confirmed wagers except where a verified technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection or platform interruption during active gameplay, rok777's server-side records of the game state at the time of disconnection shall be authoritative. rok777 is not liable for losses resulting from internet or device failures on the player's side.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed on the bet slip are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining selections per rok777's published rules.
• Daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the officially published output of the respective market operators. rok777 does not influence draw outcomes.

CLAUSE 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rok777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with rok777.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in any game type, including live poker and live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional loopholes — including placing offsetting bets across multiple Accounts to guarantee returns ("bonus abuse").
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through a bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rok777 staff or other users through any communication channel.

CLAUSE 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the rok777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, audio-visual materials, and the overall Platform design — is the exclusive property of rok777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of rok777.

CLAUSE 12 Privacy & Data Protection

rok777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

rok777 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and You accept residual risk inherent in internet-based services.

CLAUSE 13 Responsible Gaming

rok777 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, reality checks, temporary time-out periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

CLAUSE 14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rok777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if rok777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game software or data feeds integrated into the Platform.
• Any decision You make based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, game rules, or promotional content.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory applicable law, rok777's total aggregate liability to You for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by You in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rok777 makes no warranties — express or implied — as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

CLAUSE 15 Termination

Either party may terminate the user relationship at any time. You may close your Account by submitting a written request to our support team, provided no pending withdrawal requests or open bets remain active at the time of closure.

rok777 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring closure of the Account.
• Extended Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Upon termination for cause, rok777 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account. Upon voluntary closure by the User, verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

CLAUSE 16 Amendments to These Terms

rok777 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rok777 will notify registered users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree with the revised Terms, You must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

CLAUSE 17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rok777 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, You agree to first attempt resolution through rok777's internal complaints process by contacting our support team at the email address provided in Clause 18. rok777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 28 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in the English language. Class action proceedings are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits rok777's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent financial harm.
